Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, cardamom, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the chicken in the bowl, and rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts to coat. Be sure to evenly spread the mixture around. 4. Cut the cheese into thin slices and place them on top of the chicken. 5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
