Steps
1. Heat 1 cup of coconut oil over medium heat in a small saucepan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the melted coconut oil onto the flour. Mix well with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
4. Take a tablespoon of the dough and roll it between your hands to form a churro.
5. Fry the churros in the hot coconut oil until they are golden.
6. In a small saucepan, mix together the lemon juice and coconut sugar over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
7. Sprinkle each churros with the sugar and enjoy with the warm lemon sauce.
