Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded jackfruit, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the jackfruit mixture. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jackfruit is heated through and slightly caramelized.
3. Toast the bread slices.
4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the BBQ jackfruit mixture on one slice of bread. Top with lettuce and tomato slices. Place the second bread slice on top.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
