
Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers and julienned carrots. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
