A delicious and quick beef stir fry made with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 4. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. 5. Add sliced bell peppers and julienned carrots. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. 6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
