1. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. 2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the avocado sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado flesh, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Season the chicken breast and trout fillet with salt and pepper.
