Steps
1. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the avocado sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado flesh, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Season the chicken breast and trout fillet with salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through, and grill the trout for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot. Pour the avocado sauce over the pasta and toss until well coated.
