
Steps
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the bacon slices in the preheated skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, form the hamburger patty, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the patty in the hot skillet next to the bacon, and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Butter one side of each bun and toast in the skillet.
- Spread mayonnaise onto the bun’s unbuttered side.
- Layer the lettuce, tomato, patty, and bacon slices.
- Place the top of the bun on the burger and serve.
