Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 3. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. 4. Add pear slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. 5.
