Steps
1. Chop the carrots into small cubes.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a stir fry pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped carrots and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes, until the carrots are cooked but still crunchy.
5. Add the nuts, stir and cook for an extra minute.
