Eggs 'n' Veggies

This delicious main dish combines eggs with the perfect side of vegetables.

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. 2. Dice the banana and broccoli and add to the pan. Cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. 3. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir until combined with the vegetables. 4. Chop mushrooms and olives and add to the pan. 5. Season with salt & pepper to taste and stir everything together. 6. Cook until the eggs are cooked through and the vegetables are soft. 7. Serve and enjoy!

1 banana, 1/4 cup broccoli, 2 eggs, 2 mushrooms, 1 olive, Salt & Pepper to taste, 1Tbsp olive oil
