Steps
1. Begin by toasting the slices of bread until golden brown.
2. Spread the remoulade sauce evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
3. Lay down a handful of fresh arugula on top of the remoulade on one slice.
4. Carefully place the caviar on top of the arugula.
5. Top with the second slice of bread, remoulade side down, to create a sandwich.
6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve with a slice of lemon on the side for garnish.
