
Steps
- Begin by toasting the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Spread the remoulade sauce evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
- Lay down a handful of fresh arugula on top of the remoulade on one slice.
- Carefully place the caviar on top of the arugula.
- Top with the second slice of bread, remoulade side down, to create a sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve with a slice of lemon on the side for garnish.
