Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your liking.
4. Meanwhile, toast the slice of bread until golden brown.
5. Once the eggs are ready, place them on top of the toasted bread.
6. Finish with a dollop of yogurt on top and serve immediately.
