1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. 2. While the rice cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green. 5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil to create the sauce. 6. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and return it to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat. 7. In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up or to your preference. 8. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom, topping it with the chicken and broccoli mixture, and finishing with the fried egg on top. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
