Steps
1. Rinse the rice and cook it according to package instructions.
2. Clean and boil the chicken gizzards for 20 minutes or until tender; drain and set aside.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add chicken gizzards and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add bell pepper, carrots, and peas; cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in cabbage and tomato, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
8. Serve the stir-fried mixture over the cooked rice.
