Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
In a small bowl, mix the dark chocolate with minced garlic and balsamic vinegar.
Carefully create a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff it with the chocolate mixture.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
