Steps

1. In a small saucepan, combine black beans, corn, red bell pepper, and red onion. 2. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until heated through. 4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. 5. Spoon the corn and black bean mixture onto the tortillas. 6. Top with desired toppings and fold the tortillas over to create tacos. 7. Serve hot.
