Steps
1. In a bowl, combine corn kernels, flour, cornmeal, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper to make the fritter batter.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Spoon the batter into the pan to form fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
3. In a separate bowl, mix diced avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
