Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking tray.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Add almond milk, olive oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
4. Fold in chopped almonds and dried cranberries.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared tray and spread it evenly.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let it cool before slicing into squares.
