Crab Linguine

A delightful and creamy pasta dish featuring succulent crab meat tossed with linguine in a rich garlic cream sauce.

Steps

1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the crab meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine. 5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. 6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to combine. 7. Serve the crab linguine hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
