
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and soy sauce.
- Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with the garlic soy sauce mixture.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a minute.
- Serve the garlic soy glazed fish with the tomato salsa on top.
