Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan.
5. Sprinkle in the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and salt. Stir to coat the chicken in the spices.
6. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
