Steps
1. Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks.
2. In a pot, cover the potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
4. Add the butter, minced garlic, and heavy cream to the pot.
