Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
6. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
