Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
6. Reduce the heat to low and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet and toss until well coated with the creamy sauce.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
