Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well to combine with the tomato mixture.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the torn basil leaves.
7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
