Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing to coat in the sauce.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
