This delicious creamy pork with rice dish is a perfect way to serve a cozy dinner.

Steps

1. In a medium pan over medium heat, melt the butter. 2. Add the pork cubes and cook for 3 minutes until beginning to brown. 3. Add the shallots and sauté for a few minutes until softened. 4. Add the white wine and cook for another minute. 5. Pour in the heavy cream and allow to simmer for 3 minutes. 6. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. 7. Serve the pork and sauce over cooked white rice.
