Steps

1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor). 3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the quinoa according to package instructions. 5. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it. 6. Serve the quinoa in a bowl, place the sliced chicken on top, squeeze fresh lemon juice over it, and garnish with parsley.
