Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the yogurt mixture for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.

5. Serve the chicken over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
