Steps

2. Score the duck breast skin in a crisscross pattern and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the duck breast skin-side down in a cold skillet and slowly render the fat.
4. Once the skin is crispy, flip the duck breast and transfer to the oven to cook for 8-10 minutes.
5. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, zest, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer until thickened.
6. Rest the duck breast, then slice and drizzle with the orange glaze.
