Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. 3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. 4. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, then coat each slice evenly with the Parmesan mixture. 5. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy. 7. Let cool slightly before serving to allow crisping.
