Steps
1. Cook the chocolate pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a separate pan, cook the pancetta until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the shallot and garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the heavy cream to the pan and bring to a simmer.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the cream sauce.
6. Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the chocolate pasta topped with crispy pancetta.
