Steps

1. Using a cookie cutter or a glass, cut a hole in the center of the bread slice. 2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Place the bread slice in the skillet and crack an egg into the hole. 4. Cook until the egg is set to your liking, then flip the bread. 5. Add a slice of cheese on top of the egg. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Toast another slice of bread. 8. Assemble the sandwich with the egg-in-a-hole slice between the toasted bread slices. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
