A delicious twist on a classic breakfast using eggs and bread.
1. Using a cookie cutter or a glass, cut a hole in the center of the bread slice. 2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Place the bread slice in the skillet and crack an egg into the hole. 4. Cook until the egg is set to your liking. 5. Add a slice of cheese on top of the egg. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7.
