
Steps
- Spread hummus on one slice of bread.
- Layer avocado slices on top of the hummus.
- Add shredded carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, and mixed greens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
