Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and cook until they start to become translucent.
3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine with the onions.
4. Add the soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir everything to mix well.
5. Make a hole in the middle of the rice and crack an egg. Mix everything together.
6. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the egg is cooked through.
7. Serve warm.
