
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Push beef to the side, crack eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked.
- Add diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
