Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about a 1-inch border.
3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
4. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
6. Place the stuffed bread loaf on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Slice and serve warm.
