Garlic Bread Omelet

A cheesy omelet served inside a garlic bread pocket and topped with lettuce for a delightfully unexpected flavor.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Take a slice of bread, spread the minced garlic over it. Place the slice over a baking dish and cook for 5 minutes. 3. On a bowl, beat 2 eggs until foamy. Add the grated cheese, mix until fully combined. 4. Take out the garlic bread slice from the oven, raise its edges to create a pocket. 5. Pour the egg mixture into the pocket and cook for 10 minutes. 6. When the omelet is cooked, open the pocket with a knife and fold the slices to close it. 7. Put lettuce over the omelet and close the pocket completely. 8. Serve warm.
