Steps

1. Pat the chicken thigh dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Place the chicken thigh skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden. 4. Flip the chicken and add butter, minced garlic, and herbs to the pan. 5. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the chicken as it cooks for another 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 6. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes. 7. Serve with a lemon wedge for an optional fresh squeeze.
