Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down to the tail.
3. Gently pry the shell open and lift the meat, leaving it attached at the base.
4. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet.
5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
6. Brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
