Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

Steps

1. Preheat the broiler to high. 2. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of the lobster tail and gently lift the meat, placing it on top of the shell. 3. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 4. Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat. 5. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly browned. 6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. 7. Serve immediately with a lemon wedge.
