Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they release their moisture and become golden.
5. Return the chicken to the pan, spoon the garlic butter and mushrooms over it, and cook together for another 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
