Steps
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
4. Add the lemon zest and juice, stirring to coat the shrimp.
5. Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter until melted.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
