
Steps
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the lemon zest and juice, stirring to coat the shrimp.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
