German Banana Carrot Sandwich

Steps

1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown. 2. Spread butter or margarine on one side of each bread slice. 3. Place the sliced bananas on one bread slice. 4. Sprinkle the grated carrots over the bananas. 5. Drizzle honey over the carrots if desired. 6. Close the sandwich with the other bread slice. 7. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally. 8.
