Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
2. Place the chicken thigh in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a touch of oil.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
7. Serve the chicken hot, garnished with sliced green onion, alongside steamed broccoli.
