Steps
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
4. Layer the cheese slices on top of the bread.
5. Top with the second bread slice, butter side up.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom bread slice is golden brown.
7. Flip the sandwich and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the other side is golden brown.
8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
