Steps

2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle honey over the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Meanwhile, in the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook over low heat until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
8. Serve the honey glazed chicken with the caramelized onions on top.
