Grilled Mackerel with Lemon Herb Sauce

This delicious grilled mackerel is served with a tangy lemon herb sauce, perfect for a healthy and flavorful main dish.

Steps

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the mackerel fillet on a plate and pour the lemon herb sauce over it. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. 4. Grill the mackerel fillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. 5. Remove the mackerel from the grill and squeeze the juice of the remaining half lemon over it. 6. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges on the side.
