Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
3. Season the octopus tentacle with salt and pepper.
4. Place the tentacle on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
5. Remove the grilled octopus from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
6. Slice the octopus tentacle into bite-sized pieces.
7. Serve the grilled octopus with a dollop of the lemon and herb butter on top.
