Grilled Octopus with Lemon and Herb Marinade

Tender grilled octopus marinated in a zesty lemon and herb mixture, perfect for seafood lovers.

Steps

1. Clean the octopus by removing the beak and innards. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the octopus for about 5 minutes. 3. In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 4. Marinate the octopus for at least 30 minutes. 5. Preheat a grill to high heat and grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes per side until charred. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
